Meticulous production involves bottling the must in barrels, where it ferments rapidly at a higher temperature than other white wines. It's not until April that the Chardonnay is first treated with SO2 and separated from its lees. This extended aging on the lees without sulfur imparts a dark yellow color and a very creamy mouthfeel. The oak is subtly present. A harmonious, compact, and medium-bodied wine with notes of stone fruit, nuts, and delicate spices. A perfect all-rounder for any occasion.
